When i try to defrag my drive which was just formatted and its defragged before it says "The scan has been canceled because of an error in file C:\Documents and Settings\Jay]\Local Settings\Temp\Cookies\[email protected]www.weather[1].txt" I looked for this file and it could not be found. I also deleted the cookies but i still get the same erros.

Run SCANDISK on the drive first.

go to control panel
switch to classical view if youdont already have it
click on "Folder Options"
Go to "Viewing(i think)" and select viewing of hidden folders
Right click on start Menu
Select explore
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\Jay]
Open Local Settings
Open Temp
Open Cookies
Delete everything in the folder
