Hello!I have installed Prince of Persia:The Forgotten Sands and have played half of the game but after reaching certain area the game crashes and windows shows an error report that says "prince of persia.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."

Is there a solution???

I am using windows Service Pack 2.

Have you tried these steps, especially reinstalling the game?

Yes I have updated my video card driver and sound card driver.I have also reinstalled the game but it didn't work.

If you are using the 32-bit version of Windows XP, try upgrading to Service Pack 3.

First I played it on windows 7 the game crashes .then I played it on windows XP the game crashes at the same place.

There may be a problem with the game itself. How did you obtain this game?
