when i get to the main screen while everything is loading i have been getting

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\hiikqsnv.dll
The spddified module could not be found.

how can i fix this?

I think that is something nasty. You will have to get your system cleaned up

i forgot to add i am also using SuperAntiSpyware, AVG anti virus/anti spyware, Spybot S&D and Comodo firewall. didnt think it would get past them but i guess im wrong.

Yes, I`m afraid some of these nasties can sneak in past anything.

Any virus/spyware protection program can only guard against known threats. New threats are appearing every day and these programs are always one step behind on catch-up

Run through the instructions and post on the forum.
