Error Message on Startup

Hi there,

Every time I start XP a small window with the following error message occurs:

Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

Whilst not a serious problem (hopefully), it is rather annoying, and I was just wondering how I might get rid of it.

Hi Matt,

I just did a search for c0000013 and found a lot of problems showing up on the web. Seems something is trying to access one of your CD drives and complains when it finds nothing there. It's likely some adware that go on your machine. A good malware scan might get rid of it for you.

The problem seems to have resolved itself after running ad aware.
