Error message keeps popping up

dll:c:\windows\system32\xlibgfl254.dll can't seem to get rid of an error message that keeps popping up .... any thoughts??

It looks like you have a virus (or used to have a virus that got deleted). Either way, I would recommend you look over the First Steps at Removing Malware
