Hey everyone,

I keep getting Error code: 0x80070035 The network path was not found error whenever I try to connect to any other computer (running windows 7 ultimate) on my network. I have another computer with windows 7 ultimate that does not have this problem. Firewalls are disabled on all computers.

Computers all ping fine. Can ping by name too.

If I try to connect via IP address, I get Error Code: 0x80004005 Unspecified error

Please help.

Try starting a service "routing and remote access" in the
administrative tools-> services on both systems.

Please report back and let me know if that solves it. I want to know.

Unfortunately the problem still persists. That service is disabled on my other computer that can connect however.

Do you log on to the user account with a password? Make sure you have to log on with a password.

Here's something else (found in another forum).....

If logon the same user name with the same password, can you access now? Also
make sure you have assign permissions in the Security tab.

Its still not working same error. The working computer has different logons on and no passwords setup.
