Error 0xc000142

I have an application error 0xc000142 that keeps coming back. Please tell me how to get rid of this problem. I have restored my desktop twice to best known configuration in safe mode but this error keeps coming back every second day or so. please help!!

What application is it?
This error is usually a failure to initialize a DLL correctly. This could be because the file is corrupted, missing, or possible has been added to with malicious code. Please give us more information.
