Epson scan does not save all images scanned

Greetings to all.
I have an issue; I have recently acquired an Epson v600 Photo scanner in order to scan medium format film negatives. I use Epson Scan for scanning them. I make a preview and view the recognized frames in the thumbnail section. When I want to scan and save all of them, I obviously click select all in the program. The problem is, that after the scanner scans all of the selected frames (which it does, the process is longer than if I picked out only one) it only saves the first one to the chosen directory.
I have yet to find the cause, so I would appreciate your help.
