I have not been able to install my Epson NX130 MF printer. The laptop simply does not detect it. It installs on other pc's and I had it installed on another identical Lenovo laptop together with my Canon MG7160 and an Epson WP4540. I have never had this problem before. Two screen shots are attached detailing my OS and the problem. I have been told that it most probably is caused by Windows incorrectly installing it when it was first plugged into the USB port and until I get that driver uninstalled I will continue with the problem. The question is how to do that. The person said it was a good while back and he can't recall how he did it. Do you think that is the problem and if so do you know how it is done. I have tried different ports, installed it manually, changed cables, and stopped and restarted the Print Spooler. And still the same result. Any help would be appreciated.
