When I load a single sheet in the Epson C82 paper tray, it takes several tries before the paper feeds for printing. This is annoying, since I print alot of single sheet CD labels, general labels and envelopes.
I also experience printing problems when I print to the C82 from Word XP. Many times, after I print one document, and select another document for printing, the print spooling process hangs. The progress bar at the bottom of the page never makes it to the end (left to right), and the print job is not sent to the printer. I have only been able to resolve this problem by rebooting and turning the printer off and on. (Note-I only print color documents from Word at this time. This problem may also exist in other programs.)
The C82 is connected via USB. I also have a HP LaserJet 3330 with a USB connection as my default printer. I have a PIII 1200 cpu, WinXP (service pak 1), 80G & 20G HDs with plenty of free space, 512MB & a 32MB PCI graphic card.
