Black cartridge ran out. Color was low. Decided to replace
both. The printer will not recognize the new cartridges.
The red trouble light is still on and the status window for
cartridges shows the black to be MT and the color as low,
the settings the old cartridges were at before replacing
them. Followed a Epson Cartridge changing reseting
sequence more than once with the same results. Black
continues to show MT and color low. Thanks in advance for your help.
