My Epsom R360 printer refuses to recognise the ink cartridges after previously working perfectly for many years.

If I remove a a cartridge the message says replace that cartridge but if I re-install that container it cannot recognise any of the inks

I have tried by installing a full new set of of remade cartridges, a brand which has previously worked perfectly, bur still nothing

do i have to pay £45 for Epsom originals or is ther a way i can get it to work again.

I must mention, it has been laid up for a couple of years since I bought a replacement

The cartridges aren't working properly, or the printer is faulty. The only way to find out is to buy some new OEM cartridges and see what happens.
