Hi thanks so much everyone. I'm here to help what I can.
Brief background on me-
I worked for a major international freight company for close to five years in a non-tech capacity before being laid off in 2009. Bad economy and all. I was unemployed for over a year before getting a job, and I decided I needed a career change.
I'm married, and my wife and I are planning on having kids sometime in the not-to-distant future, and I wanted to be able to do for my family like my parents did for me, so I decided to try to enter the tech field.
Currently working on my A+ certification (first test passed, second test scheduled for a couple weeks). I'm also about to start studying the Network+ material using the Mike Meyers book. After completing that I'll move to MCITP/SA.
