Evertime i start up internet explorer/AOL/netscape explorer, they all encounter a problem and need to immediatly close. The error report says the problem is with wininet.dll . I have tried updating windows and scanning for viruses but have came up with nothing. Would greatly appreciate some feedback in this problem. Thanks in advance

The file is located in many places. It it located in program files in an I386 folder which appears to be a main file for windows software. It is also located in a couple folders in C:\Windows\$NtUninstall and C:\Windows\$hf_mig$
