Enable address in Explorer Windows Browser

I have 2 computers. Snapshop of my desktop.

How do I display it so address says- C:\Program Files
When I browser using Explorer browser, (not I.E)


Like in 2nd posted photo.

I wish to change

Right click the page at the top, uncheck 'lock the Toobars', check the 'Address bar', slide the cursor over the vertical bar beside (left of) 'Address' and drag it down to start a new toolbar, right click up top again and check 'lock the Toobars'.

Right click page at the top ? What is that ?
Sorry can't find uncheck 'lock the Toobars' and do what you said.

you have to right click approximately where the corner of this box is in my attached screenshot and it will pop up the menu you see. Often it will place the address bar far to the right so you have to uncheck that "lock the toolbars" option then drag the far left side of the address bar where the little dots are straight down so it appears on the next line and is actually visible. Then re-lock the toolbars so it doesn't run away on you lol.
