Hey guys,

Most of the emojis on the website turned into "????" this morning. Some of the emojis work while most of them are showing as question marks. No changes have been made on the website, and no updates from my side.

So I've been reading some solutions and tried updating plugins, rolling back to previous version, tried installing emoji plugins and still not working. I've also tried opening my site with another browser, cleared cache, it's not that. Only thing that changed is that there were four "????" before rolling back to previous version and now it is only one "?" in the place of emojies.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Here are a few things you can try:
-Check your database encoding: Check the database encoding for your website, and ensure that it is set to UTF-8. If it is not, change the encoding to UTF-8.

-Update your WordPress installation: Make sure your WordPress installation is up-to-date. You can check for updates by logging into your WordPress dashboard and going to Dashboard > Updates.

-Check for conflicting plugins or themes: Deactivate any plugins or themes that you recently installed or updated around the time the emojis stopped working. Check if the emojis start working again after deactivating each plugin or theme.

-Use a plugin to handle emoji encoding: Install and activate a plugin that handles emoji encoding, such as WP Emoji One or Emoji Settings. These plugins can help ensure that your emojis are properly encoded and displayed on your website.

-Check your web hosting settings: Check with your web hosting provider to ensure that their server settings are configured to handle UTF-8 encoding.

-Check the source of the emojis: If the emojis are being pulled in from an external source, such as a social media feed or an RSS feed, check to see if there are any issues with the source itself.
