email restart

Hi

I am having an issue at a client. for some reason every time they try to open an attachment the computer restarts. everything else is fine.

Sorry but this is all the information i can give you as this was told to me over the phone and i was not there to see exactly what happens. i'm looking to see if i can solve the problem but i'd be very thankfull if anyone here could help me
