Hi Guys, got a weird one - basically one of my colleagues is trying to copy and paste some information from a spreadsheet including boxes etc into outlook when we go to send the email it has stripped away all the excel templates and just displays figuires? anyone got any ideas?

Perhaps he's sending it as text as opposed to HTML?
