Email Filtering Software

My client has heard of a system where – if someone sends them mail, they get an autoresponse which directs the sender to a Web form. Once the sender confirms on the form, that address is whitelisted for future inbound mail (only requiring the form on the first email).

They want to buy this software. However, I’m not aware who actually makes this – has anyone heard of it?
