As the title says, the main screen of my electronic dictionary (Sharp Papyrus PW-AT790 Japanese <-> English, bought earlier this year) is refusing to turn on, while the small screen on the bottom seems to be working just fine. When I first encountered this problem some time ago, I assumed the batteries had died and changed them, which solved it, but doing so this time has had no such effect. (The batteries shouldn't be dead already anyway, as I only changed them last month.) I then reset it, but that hasn't worked either. I am now at a loss as to what I should do. Any ideas?
