Well, yes you can if you replace the mobo, processor, case, PS, essentially making it a new computer.
My suggestion is use it while building another, and then still use it for internet by proxy or a jukebox for MP3's. Plenty fast enough for that.
A 233 was nice for experimenting with Linux also.
