E8400 and Intel DG31PR

Hi everyone, I was installing my CPU intel E8400, in a new Intel DG31PR, at the moment I turned it on, it doesn´t beep, all the chassis fans are on, the DVD-ROM turns on and opens perfectly. But... It does nothing, the HDD Led keeps on for a while, and nothing shows up in the monitor.

I was searching, and it might be a BIOS Failure, it seems that the original BIOS doesn´t support the E8400, Do you have any other ideas what it could be, or how could I fix it?
