Hey again guys, I have problem with my friend's computer. My friends E6420 C2D 2.13 Ghz doesn't show both of the cores under the performance tab in the task manager. It shows both cores under Device Manager. He just wants to know if he is using and optimizing both CPU cores.

Here's what I did

1.Updated his drivers on both cores, and both were up to date.
2.Checked View CPU history and is checked for one graph per CPU

Please help
