DXTBmp for Microsoft Flight Simularor X

I have been using dxtbmp in my repainting airplanes in FSX.Really good and simple.Tonight I tried to open the program from my desktop icon and nothing happened.Instead it left an icon on the bottom menu bar as though I had minimised it,and when I tried to open it from there, the icon just flew in to the middle of the screen and, nothing. Back and forth from screen to menu bar.Not opening the dxtbmp window.Can anyone help please.

ps: computer stats are Pentium 3.40GHz/3.39GHz,1.00 GB of Ram
Windows XP Version 2002 with Service Pack 3.Video card is Nvidia GeForce 7300 LE.
