dvd writer opens frequently

friends :wave:
iam naresh , iam facing problem with mine dvd writer
which is opening for every 3 min , it has nothing to read a disk
i dont understand wht is the problem , i had checked mine bios settings
and formated once but the problem is same
iam using samsung dvd writer , plz help me to solve this problem
