DVD drive problem
hi . I have an Acer running on Windows Vista and my cd/dvd drive does not detect blank dvds or play dvds at all . The only thing it detects is blank cds and music along with data. When i first got my computer it would detect the blank dvd but now it does not . please help . I installed Nero 10 and still not resolved

When an optical drive will recognize one type of media (i.e. CD) and not another media type (i.e. DVD) that generally signifies a failing drive.
