My DVD RW drive (NEC DVD_RW ND-3540A) will not read a CD Rom disk. It reads DVDs and (original company issue) audio CDs perfectly. I've tried re-installing the driver, but without results. Yes it's an old unit, but this seems a bit wierd. Aside from savvy, what am I missing?
