Sounds, honestly like a bad board to me.. possibly a bad Bios flash. Is there still warranty on the board?

Got a board from a friend. DG965WH...I put a new cpu Intel Pentium E6800 3.33ghz. on the board...in BIOS CPU speed is 0.40..........BUS is 400??????? also cant load windows 7 64......I get River IROL not less or equal. My friend said that he couldnt get windows to load either.

Intel does not list the E6800 as being compatible with that Mobo.
Are you certain that CPU is supported by the board? Take a look here:

and Then there is that.. lol I Was going off the fact that the previous owner had problems with the board as well..
