how do i know my RAM is running in dual-channel or make it run in dual-channel?
currently running Chaintech ZNF3-250 motherboard (stock BIOS) and 2 sticks of 512mb Crucial [email protected] each, they both have the same product number which i heard is vital for dual-channelling. Cheers for your help in advance!
You should review the motherboard manual, a copy is on the CD that came with the board. Also, you can download a copy from the website for your board...
The manual, (and webpage links to compatible RAM), describes the type of RAM that can be used AND which slots to use.
There is no mention in the mobo manual, or webpage, that this board is capable of dual-channeling.
To view the current status of RAM with Everest diagnostic: click the computer icon then the Overclock icon.

It's likely the drivers for your video card aren't properly or fully installed, go to device manager and check for warnings.
You may need to uninstall the video driver, install chipset driver then video driver.
