DSm415pf Printer is Printing Garbage Text and Numbers

I have tried deleting the printer and re-installing the printer and drivers, but any time I try to print a test from any program, it prints pages and pages of text and numbers. A while back I had my pc's operating system reset to factory settings and it seems that this laser printer hasn't worked since then. The config page prints perfectly, but nothing I send to the queue. This Gestetner (now Ricoh 1515) is a workhorse, and I would love to see it fixed, as it still copies and faxes.

Part of the drivers and software installation process is to print a test page. If you are not getting the test page, the installation is not completing properly. This could be because of a software or hardware issue.

Try a different cable. You could also test the printer on another PC. That will determine if it's a PC or printer issue.
