Ok so the instructions are install driver. Shutdown when you restart the "install new hardware wizard" will pop up allowing me to install the bootloader and driver. Except that - nothing happens when I restart. If I go to add nbew hardware manually and install them from the list then it installs the drivers but says "this device cannot start code 10" . Its digidesigns fault all the trouble started when I installed their driver. I hate digidesign more than m- audio. I have tried uninstalling all devices inc;luding digidesign but to no avail. Anyway short of smashing my mbox and 410 to pieces with a sledge hammer anyone got any suggestions - gig thursday..........

Try running CCleaner and Driver Cleaner Pro to see if you can remove any remnants of drivers from before. Then give it another shot at installing.

Also, are you trying to install the latest drivers from the web?
