Hello and welcome to TSF.

Your RICOH memory card reader drivers are way too old:
Code:
918ad000 918b4100 rimmptsk rimmptsk.sys Wed Nov 16 21:28:31 2005 (437BEACF)
918b5000 918c1a80 rimsptsk rimsptsk.sys Thu Dec 22 03:02:21 2005 (43AA5D8D)
918c2000 91913000 rixdptsk rixdptsk.sys Tue Nov 14 20:35:19 2006 (455A6ED7)
These should also be updated:
Code:
91c1f000 92345120 nvlddmkm nvlddmkm.sys Tue May 01 14:12:59 2007 (4637832B) - NVIDIA video drivers
91980000 919e7000 aunw4u9x aunw4u9x.SYS Wed Jul 25 21:06:01 2007 (46A7F379) - UNKNOWN
I don't like that I can't find any information about that second one, especially because its name seems so random... We'll leave in the back of our minds as potential malware. First, I recommend that you disable your memory card reader via Device Manager (more info here if you need it: http://cid-120d9bfa03f629fd.spaces.live.com/blog/cns!120D9BFA03F629FD!151.entry). Let us know if you still get BSOD's.

Good luck.

First of all I am really overwhelmed by so quick reply,
I have disabled the Ricoh card reader, but is this a temporary solution?
As I need to use the card reader frequently,

As if for now I have disabled Ricoh Memory Stick Host Controller and Richoh Memory Stick host controller!

And from the 2nd quote, I see you are telling me to update Nvidia graphics card driver, should I update it?

Actually I updated all the driver I got in WIndows update, after I installed windows 7, and I remember that I updated RIcoh memory card and Nvidia graphics driver too...

Please tell me whether I should update the driver, if yes from where?

Yes, you should get newer drivers. I can't imagine why Windows Update gave you drivers from 2005/6/7. This is a laptop, correct? You should be able to find the newest drivers for each piece of hardware from your manufacturer's website.

As a side note, have you gotten any BSOD's since disabling the card reader?

I have laptop from HP (dv 6516 pavallion series), HP is not having driver compatible with windows 7 exclusively, it says to try drivers of vista...

I recently got new BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL, I remember getting it few weeks ago, I am again posting my dumps and info needed...

Please help me out, I am getting tired of these BSOD's...
:upset:

I found something I don't like...
Code:
9138b000 913f2000 a6o9bb96 a6o9bb96.SYS Wed Jul 25 21:06:01 2007 (46A7F379)
That looks like a bit of malware to me. I can't find any information on that driver whatsoever. I recommend that you post in the Security Center section of the forum to make sure your computer is clean. Follow these steps before posting: http://www.techsupportforum.com/f50...-posting-for-malware-removal-help-305963.html

Good luck. Let us know how it goes over there.

Thank you, tetonbob. Just wanted to be sure.

Open an elevated command prompt (Start>type cmd>right-click>Run as administrator) and run the command chkdsk /r /f. It will tell you to perform the operation on next boot; do so. It will take a while, but check it from time to time and see if it reports any errors.

I ran the check disk, no errors were found...

I also have a external HDD, I connected it and ran checkdisk too, but no errors were found again,

As per CDROM you said,
I have Pioneer DVD Multi recorder(lightscribe), but from some months, before windows 7, only some CD and DVD are detected, apart from that it works fine...

What should I do now???
I got a BSOD today also, DRIVER_IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL,
please help me out!!!:sigh:
