driver not updating

'audio device on high definition audio bus'

I have a GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R motherboard

have just done a fresh install of XP Home and activated it.

used the driver disc that came with The MB

and one driver seems to not update

I even used Gigabyte's own MB driver checker and it automatically found the relevant update, and installed it but the problem is still there
