It may seem odd that I need a Driver for a Floppy Disc.

It seems I can get a driver from sdi-tools.org but I would need Torrent software.

Is there a site where I can directly download a Driver for> USB FDD Module> Model: yD-8U10, please?.

Thank you.

There is no driver required for a USB Floppy drive. The USB driver is part of the Windows OS.
Are you using this on a Laptop or a Desktop? If a Desktop, be sure to plug it into the Back USB port of the computer and not the front because those ports are weaker.
With the drive plugged in, it should be listed as an A: Drive in File (Windows) Explorer.
If not, press the Windows key +X and choose Device Manager.
If there are any devices with a Yellow mark, Right click it and Uninstall it. Remove the USB cable for the drive and restart the computer.
Open File Explorer, and plug in the USB cable, you should see the A: drive pop up.
If the drive is not reading your disks, then they are probably old and corrupted.

This is a little tricky. So, first Remove the USB cable from the back USB port.
In the Device Manager, right click any device and choose Scan for Hardware Changes. Nothing will change, this just refreshes the list.
Now Insert a disk into the drive, Open File Explorer, insert the USB Cable to the Back USB port, In File Explorer, you will see the A: drive for just a second or two, Click on it. You have to be quick and you may have to do this a few times to get it right, If you aren't quick enough, the A: drive will disappear. After this, the A: drive should always be there unless you unplug it.

I hope you have a Known Good Floppy Disk inside the drive when you try to access the A: Drive? Try several disks
If they all fail and you know the disks work, then there may be a hardware problem with the drive
