Type diskmgmt.msc in the run box and click open on the right pane then check the drive space

 

I never understand why people always give a complicated way to get some information... What is wrong with using File Explorer, and right click on the drive in question and select "Properties"??

How much data are you coping to the drive and what is the total capacity of the drive?

 

Some backup apps will temporarily cache and then perform a write vs device to device write.

So free space equal or greater than the Image size needs to be available for the process to complete. What is the total size of the backup ? Is the same volume of free space available in C:\ and the backup drive ?

even if it is 62gb its running pretty lean for space - time for an upgrade or disk clean up!
