Hi there, no matter what I download eg. downloads off the net, attachments on my email, they all load to 99% and then just stop. Can anyone please help ? This has only been happening for about 4 weeks and I don't know what the reason would be. Thanks, Michael

sometimes the download only shows 99% when finished.
are you sure the files arent complete?

I have a belkin modem but I don't understand much about the ins and out of computers and that forum you gave me makes no sense LOL. What should I do with the modem (in simple english) please

Just general attachments on my email eg. photo attachments, word atttachments and just general music downloads from websites.
