I am not sure if this is a component of the WinME OS, or if its from the MSOffice products but, I am so &%*!#@*& annoyed by the stupid down arrow on the dropdown menus. You know the one where you click on ANY menu item and it lists only a partial menu until you hold your mouse on the arrow, then it provides you with the entire list. If I wanted all my programs doing this, I would do it! I'm not mouse button crippled ya know!
Anyway, I'm hoping that someone can tell me how to turn that off. Thanks.

Hi EndTime

It's a "feature" of many office programs, and most versions of MS Office feature it as well. For several MS Office programs, you can right-click the program's toolbar, then select "Customize" (usually near the bottom of a long list), then uncheck the box "Menus show recently used commands first", and then also uncheck the box "Show full menus after a short delay" --- these changes will cause full menus to display immediately, each time they are accessed. I find that same "feature" of many Office programs just as annoying as you do: it's one of the first things I change when I install them.

Best of luck
. . . Gary
