no do a search on tech net www.support.microsoft.com...
found alot of intresting items when I did a search for my problem...see internet flipping out thread!!
i belive the operationg system is IE6 and the search word is uninstall

Hummm...try a M$ newsgroup...they are view by M$ techs sometimes support is a question away
