dose windows vista have connection sharing ability?

hey everyone. :)
currantly i have 2 pcs. one dell dimention 8250 with 51mb ram and a 2.66ght cpu. my other is a custom made at 3.4ghts ovcl p4 with 1gb of ram. currantly they are both running on windows xp and the dell uses the internet connection from my own i made with the modem being in the custom pc. they are connected useing standard ethernet cards and a ethernet cable.
what i was wondering was if i installed windows vista on my custom pc could i still be able to use the internet connection with my dell pc like i do atm?

sorry if this is unclear but i can try my best to exsplain anny other details. thank you for your time.

You can connect Vista to any standard network configuration, including ICS.
