well I dont know what the problem is but I am running a Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe, at startup I get 2 normal beeps "beep beep"

Then when I computer is on I get 1 beep every now and then, like 5 mins then it will go beep agian.

any help?

I would run a memory test. Might be DRAM refresh failure as the code says.
Memtest is a well known good memory test that you can run.
