I have Windows Vista Home Premium. During a boot, the computer displayed a blue screen of death following 30 seconds of the green loading bar. I get this screen saying:
STOP: c0000221 Unknown hard error \systemroot\system32\ntdll.dll
Followed by a memory dump. I have tried to get into safe mode and tried doing a repair using the Vista DVD but soon after the green bar, I get the same blue screen error. I am running out of options. Please help!!!
I would really appreciate any input.
Please note there have not been any changed in hardware, no new devices or drivers have been updated in the last month. Windows did however install a couple of updates.
