Domain Admins are not Local Admins

Normally when a computer joins a domain and a user logs into the domain with that computer, the local policies will get filtered out and the domain policies take presence. The only time local policies are used is when a users logs in locally into the computer. If you need domain users in the local admins group, you need to add them in manually, including domain admins. Also you will need to be logged into the local machine as the computer admin of the local computer.

I know what you're saying, but this is the problem, the STD domain procedure (domain admins and Administrator) are only being applied as Local Debugger Users, not admins. I guess I'm trying to determine whether something is untoward on the PDC as something clearly aint right...
