I'm renting a room in a house with wireless internet that I'm free to use, however my PC doesn't have a wireless card nor do I have the wireless adapter for my Xbox 360. I'm wondering if there is.....

....such a thing as a router that recieves wireless signal but then can connect to things via ethernet cables? The wireless for the 360 is $100 alone, nevermind the PC card (haven't priced em yet).

Yes, you need a wireless bridge. Some routers are also capable of being configured as a wireless bridge. I have an inexpensive ZyXEL P330W that I use here as a wireless bridge, works just fine, but some have had issues using bridge mode with this box.

Another possibility is to obtain any router that's compatible with DD-WRT 3rd party firmware, it has a rich bridge mode and will solve your issue.

Thanks for the info. Any ideas where to get the thing(s) you mentioned for a good price? And I'd just need that right? It would get the wireless signal then connect to my PC & 360 via ethernet cables?

I'd visit the DD-WRT site I mentioned and pick one of the routers, the Linksys WRT54G is always a popular choice. Load it with the DD-WRT firmware and configure it for wireless bridging.
