Okay, So I'll get right to the point, For awhile the internet was fine, But now for the past few months every odd day-week i've had really odd problems with the internet.

whats happening?(internet IS connected)
-Msn,Skype,Yahoo all sign in: Good
-Msn,Skype,Yahoo can't share files, or webcams: Bad
-Firefox,Google Chrome,IE,Safari, Will not load any Website:BAD

Now the only error message i think makes any sense in posting is the Google Chrome one.
