I sent the faulty adapter back to TigerDirect. I'm using a DMS-59 to dual VGA adapter till the new DVI adapter returns. I found that I could not open the DMS-59 plug without damaging the unit. Jim
DMS-59 to dual DVI adapter problem

I just joined. I have a Digital Tiger PC designed to have 4 monitors. Two monitors from one video card that has individual DVI ports and the other two monitors from a card that has a DMS-59 connection. I ordered a DMS-59 Male to (2) Two DVI-I Female but I'm having no luck getting the other two monitors runing. I looked closely at the DMS-59 male plug and see one pin is empty (which makes it 59 pin) but there is another, on the opposite side that seems to half height of the others. Do you think I can pull it up to correct height? I got it from Tiger direct, it's made in China.
