Dear all:
I would like to explain my issues :
sometimes , my toshiba A 500-13F hang up and doesn't respond to any key but restart, the screen become blue (NOT BLUE DEATH SCREEN) with white horizental lines i don't know what is the problem ...
i have windows 7 64 bit , and it doesn't appear always !!! there is no specific thing causes this problem .

Laptops are very susceptible to heat. Have you gave it a good cleaning lately? Do you hear the CPU fan running?
