Display Issue

762 Views 3 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  DamionSipher
I am having an issue with my display where the top and bottom of the screen are being "scrunched up" and the mid section is being stretched out. It started after bringing my system out of suspend mode. I have not had any problems like this before and have tried everything I can think of to solve the issue. I don’t think it’s a problem with my monitor, though it is possible. My video drivers are up to date. I am running off a GeForce FX 5200 128mb and a NEC AccuSync 95f. I have tried rolling back the drivers, changing refresh rates, resolutions, checked the connections, removed and replaced my video card checking for cleanliness... Nothing has had an effect. Any help would be appreciated.

hello and welcome to techsupportforum.com

please post each question only once.

since this is the correct section i am leaving this one, and i will delete your other one.
ok, i googled for your monitor, and i found This

in there, you will find instructions on how to readjust the screen using the OSM (on screen manager)
This is not an issue that can be fixed using the osm, its not that the image is not square or that the top is skinner than the bottom. The middle is streched out and the bottom and top are squished. I have tried shrinking the image vertically, but the proportions of display area between top middle and bottom remain the same.
