This is my first post, I hope I do a good job.

My computer is an HP Pavilion Desktop A1320N.
Running Widnows XP with service pack 3
Not long ago I upgraded the mother board Gigabyte MA78GM-US2H
AMD Athlon 7750 Dual-Core
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT video card

It runs great and I haven't had any problems.
But recently, when I click a web link in an email, it takes a very long time for IE to even pop up, and then the page is blank and takes a while to open the page.
If I reboot, it goes away for a while and when I click a link, IE opens right away. But after a while, it starts again.

I'm using IncrediMail and have been using it all along.
Oh, I'm using IE 8.0.6001.18702
I don't understand why this is happening and I hope someone can help.
Thanks
Gerald

I forgot to mention. If, while waiting on IE to open after clicking a web link in an email in Incredimail, I open IE, then the web link window will open more quickly. As if I had instagated the connection from the email web link to IE.

In IE go to Tools/Internet Options/Programs under Email make sure you have your Email program listed. Or you can just right click an Email address and choose Copy then open your Browser based Email program, choose New Email (or compose or whatever) and Right click and Paste the Email address into the TO: box of a new Email.
