When I create an Icon for a new web site it often has a custom design. THe custom icon replaces the standard windows icon on the desktop. That custom icon remains there until I reboot and then it goes away. It is replaced by the old standard icon. As an aside, this does not happen on my notebook computer.

Anyone know why this is happening?
