DirectX 9.0b download?

Does anyone know where can I download DirectX 9.0b on the web? Not the little installer program but DirectX 9.0b itself. Unfortunately the latest Radeon drivers require that you have DirectX 9.0b already installed before you load the video drivers. Since I usually load the video drivers before I load anything else (like modem drivers). Having DirectX 9.0b on hand would be very nice. Thank you in advance.

You can go HERE and download the redistributable. It is meant for software developers or people without internet connections.

Thanks all I downloaded a copy. When I saw it the first time I thought "Well I'm not a developer, so I don't need that."
